- Registration & Eligibility
(a) Sellers must complete registration with accurate, up-to-date personal/business information.
(b) Verification may include ID, business license, or documentation.
(c) Accounts must be verified before active listing.
(d) Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and trade policies.
- Product Listings & Content
(a) Listings must be truthful, accurate, and legal.
(b) Product descriptions, photos, and pricing must reflect the actual item.
(c) Prohibited items include, illegal substances, restricted chemicals, hazardous materials, and items that violate the laws.
(d) Sellers are liable for infringements, quality issues, and compliance failures.
(e) Regularly review and update listings for accuracy and legality.
- Order Fulfillment & Shipping
(a) Dispatch orders promptly within the timeframe specified at the time of sale, typically within 1-3 days.
(b) Communicate proactively about delays or issues impacting delivery.
(c) Handle disputes related to damage, loss, or delays directly with buyers and HubKitani.
- Pricing & Fees
(a) Set prices fairly; avoid misleading or deceptive practices.
(b) Funds are held until customer confirmation of receipts, after which they are released to the seller.
- Customer Service & Feedback
(a) Respond promptly within 72 hours to buyer inquiries.
(b) Manage returns, refunds, and disputes fairly and professionally.
(c) Maintain a high standard of conduct, and avoid abusive or misleading interactions.
- Product & Legal Responsibilities
(a) Ensure all products meet safety, quality, and legal standards.
(b) Never list restricted, or unlawful goods.
(c) Keep listings accurate and current; remove infringing items immediately.
- Liability & Indemnity
(a) Sellers indemnify HubKitani for claims arising from illegal products, infringements, or misconduct.
(b) HubKitani shall not be held liable for damages, loss, or legal claims arising from products listed, transactions conducted, or actions taken by sellers outside of our control.
(c) Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless HubKitani and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from violations of these policies, illegal activities, or infringement claims.
- Termination & Penalties for Policy Violations
(a) HubKitani reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban sellers who violate these policies or applicable laws.
(b) Violations such as listing prohibited items, providing false information, or engaging in fraudulent activities can result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
(c) Sellers may lose access to pending earnings, and in severe cases, legal proceedings may be initiated against the offending party.
- Account Management & Performance Monitoring
(a) Sellers must maintain accurate account details, including contact information and bank details.
(b) Consistently poor performance (e.g., high return rates, negative reviews, delays) may result in warnings, account restrictions, or bans.
(c) Sellers are responsible for managing their storefront responsibly, promptly resolving customer issues, and maintaining high standards.
10. Policy Changes & User Agreement
(a) HubKitani may revise or update these policies at any time without prior notice.
(b) Continued participation and activity on our platform after updates will be deemed acceptance of the latest policies.
(c) It is the seller’s responsibility to periodically review and stay informed of policy updates.
(d) If you violate policies or laws, HubKitani reserves the right to suspend or ban your account at any time.
