⦁ Sign Up: Select the “Register” tab (or “Create Account”).

⦁ Fill It Out: Provide your email address and create a secure password.

⦁ Confirm: Click “Register.” That’s it—you are officially part of the Hubkitani community!

Q: How do I place an order at Hubkitani?It’s super simple!

⦁ Find your treasures: Browse our site or use the search bar to find the items you love.

⦁ Add to Cart: Select the size/color (if applicable) and click “Add to Cart.”

⦁ Checkout: When you’re ready, click the Cart icon and then “Checkout.”

⦁ Confirm & Pay: Enter your shipping info, choose your delivery speed, select your payment method, and hit “Place Order.”

⦁ You’ll receive a confirmation email and will be redirected through our whatsapps number.


Q: What should I do if I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

⦁ Take a Photo: Snap a quick picture of the damage, defect, or the incorrect item you received.

⦁ Contact Us: Send the photo(s) and your Order Number to our support team right away.

Q: Are the product images accurate representations of the actual items?

We take our photos in high-resolution, controlled studio settings to be as accurate as possible! However, a few factors are always at play when shopping online:

⦁ Color: Due to different monitor/screen settings, the color you see might vary slightly from the product in real life. We recommend reading the product description to see if we’ve noted a specific shade.

⦁ Scale/Size: While we try to include lifestyle shots, always check the Descriptions about ‘Size & Fit’ or ‘Specifications’ tab for exact dimensions and measurements to avoid surprises!
