2. Seller Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment:
Sellers must pack and dispatch products within the timeframe specified at the point of sale. Timely dispatch is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
2.1 Tracking & Communication:
Sellers must provide buyers and HubKitani with tracking information where available. Any expected delays or issues should be communicated promptly to both HubKitani and the buyer, ideally before the expected delivery date
2.2 Handling Delays and Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond reasonable control. However, we will assist in mediating communication between buyers and couriers.
3. Delivery Timelines and Methods
Estimated Delivery Times:
3 business days from dispatch (subject to courier schedules).
3.1 Acceptance of Delivery:
Proof of delivery may include courier confirmation, Delivery Photo and Courier Update Through Whatsapp. The actual delivery date may differ from the estimated date.
4. Delivery Issues & Resolution
Delayed Deliveries:
HubKitani is not liable for courier delays or natural disasters. We will assist in communication with couriers to resolve issues when possible.
4.1 Lost or Damaged Parcels:
(4.1.a) Buyers should report lost or damaged parcels within a reasonable timeframe.
(4.1.b) We will work with couriers to file claims for compensation or redelivery.
(4.1.c) Once a parcel is confirmed lost or damaged, refunds or replacements may be processed according to applicable policies.
4.2 Refused or Returned Items:
If a delivery is refused or returned due to address issues or customer absence, the buyer bears additional shipping costs, and refunds may be processed after deducting these fees.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Providing Accurate Information:
Buyers must supply complete and correct shipping addresses and contact details during checkout.
5.1 Availability:
Buyers are responsible for being available at the delivery address on the estimated delivery date or arranging redelivery or pickup with the courier.
6. Special Handling
6.1 Fragile & High-Value Items:
Orders containing fragile or high-value items should be shipped with additional care. Sellers are encouraged to pack valuable goods with additional care.
6.2 Confidentiality & Privacy:
Delivery addresses are kept confidential and are only shared with shipping courier for delivery purposes.

HubKitani reserves the right to update or modify this policy. Changes will be posted on our platform, and the new policy will apply from the effective date. We encourage users to review this regularly.
