(b) The product must be in a saleable condition, with no signs of alteration or damage.

(c) Intimate/hygienic goods (lingerie, swimwear)

2. Initiating a Return

 Request Submission:
(a) Buyers must contact HubKitani Support and  submit a return request.

(b) For HubKitani to pick up your return item there’s going to be charges.

2.1 Supporting Evidence:

Include the reason for the return and upload clear photos if relevant (e.g., damaged product).

2.2 Return Authorization:
Once the request is approved, the buyer receives instructions on packaging and deliver the product back.

3. Return Process

 Packaging:
Items should be repackaged securely, preferably in the original packaging.

3.1 Shipping:
Send the product via a traceable courier to the specified return address within the timeframe indicated—usually within 7-14 days of approval.

3.2 Tracking:
Always retain the data tracking id and proof of dispatch from the courier.

4. Inspection & Refund

 Inspection:
Upon receipt, the seller or designated return center will inspect the returned item to verify it meets the return conditions.

4.1 Approval & Processing:
If approved, the refund process will commence within 3-7 days from the date of receipt, depending on the inspection results.

4.2 Processing Time:
Refunds are usually processed within up to 3-7 days but may vary depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.

4.3 Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Refund Conditions

 Refunds are only issued if the returned item complies with all conditions described above.

  • Refunds may be denied if:

(a) The product is damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

(b) The return was initiated outside the stipulated timeframe.

(c) The item is not in the condition specified (used, damaged, missing tags).

Delivery fees for the return are borne by the buyer unless the fault was ours (e.g., wrong or defective product).

(b) Refunds are not applicable for items that are non-returnable or marked as such in the product listing.
